General Admin
A governance track for general administrative actions.
In plain language
The requested General Admin origin follows its own deposit, timing and threshold rules. VaraGov also suggested this track for the text proposal used by referendum #87.
Why it matters
The track does not turn a text remark into a treasury payment or off-chain command.
