Reading governance content does not require a wallet or an account. Alert email addresses and browser push keys are encrypted at rest. Public addresses are optional, unverified watches. We never sell or publish subscriber information or combine it with advertising profiles.

Private management links let you change preferences, immediately unsubscribe, or delete email, watched addresses, tokens and delivery records. A keyed, irreversible email hash remains for suppression and abuse prevention. Expired operational logs are removed after 30 days. Resend processes outbound email; browser push providers process requested notifications.
