Origin
The authority under which a runtime call is dispatched.
In plain language
An origin tells the runtime who or what is authorizing a call. Different calls require different origins, and the wrong origin can cause an approved call to fail.
Why it matters
Referendum #13 passed but failed with BadOrigin; #14 used a route that could perform the same action.
