Governance track

A lane of OpenGov with its own origin, deposits, timing and approval rules.

In plain language

Tracks separate different kinds of authority. A staking action, bridge pause, cancellation and general administrative signal may each use different rules.

Why it matters

Submitting on the wrong track can require cancellation and resubmission even when the underlying call is valid.
