This referendum passed the same unpause batch rejected in #82, reopening the Vara-side bridge pallet and submitting the new manager's unpause command.

The batchAll dispatch succeeded: the manager message was accepted for delivery and gearEthBridge.unpause returned success.

Atomically send VftManager.Unpause to 0x440e8faddaef7e9cc7230564fd062cd807d4a957d2dfe61da8638ee633d72f7f and call gearEthBridge.unpause.

Cross-chain delivery, destination-program processing and Ethereum finality remain separate from Vara governance dispatch unless independently verified.
