What was proposed?
This referendum migrated Vara's existing bridged VFTs to a new VFTManager while preserving the existing token addresses, balances and supplies described by the proposer.
Why it mattered
The VFTManager controls essential authority relationships for assets crossing the Vara–Ethereum bridge. A migration error could affect bridge availability or token administration.

What happened or is happening
batchAll makes the nested sequence atomic: if a call failed, the batch was intended to revert rather than leave a partially applied migration.
The whitelisted preimage decoded into dispatchAs and batchAll calls containing multiple Gear messages, bridge unpause and pause calls, an Ethereum bridge message, and the manager upgrade message.
Dispatch an atomic nested call that changed minter and burner authorities for existing bridged VFTs, communicated the new manager to Ethereum, upgraded the manager program, and controlled the bridge pause state during migration.
The proposal said the new manager and bridge would remain paused until post-upgrade verification was complete.
