Cross-chain message
A message submitted on one chain for authenticated delivery and execution on another.
In plain language
For the Vara–Ethereum bridge, Vara-side submission, relayer delivery, Ethereum execution and Ethereum finality are separate stages.
Why it matters
Source-chain success proves only the stages visible on that source unless destination evidence is attached.
