GRANDPA signer request
An encoded request scheduled through Vara's grandpaSigner runtime component.
In plain language
The outer call and payload can be verified even when the historical payload schema is not available for full semantic decoding.
Why it matters
VoteVara reports the verified call rather than silently substituting the proposal's human title.

| #65 Schedule a GRANDPA-signer request published as a fellowship promotion Although its public title described promoting GSOBOL and Alexander Volkov to rank 6, the decoded on-chain call scheduled a GRANDPA-signer request rather than directly calling fellowshipCollective.promoteMember. | Executed | Dispatch succeeded | 40 |
