Bridge Pauser
A limited origin used to pause or unpause bridge components.
In plain language
Separating pause authority from broader bridge administration can limit what an emergency or operational governance route may do.
Why it matters
Pausing the runtime pallet and pausing a Gear program may require separate calls.
